Meet our founder and leadership team
Esa founded LEIN Power to make solar adoption an easy, affordable, and highly accessible for Indonesian families.
Before LEIN, he worked as the Chief of Sales Planning at Sumitomo Rubber Industries, responsible for the sales & marketing of Dunlop & Falken brand.
Esa also involved several years in project development at Intiland for middle to high-end township estates, mixed used & high-rise developments, hospitality and industrial estates in greater Jakarta and Surabaya.
Earlier in his career, Esa held financial analyst position at Trimegah Asset Management.
Esa holds a bachelor degree from Prasetiya Mulya Business School with honours in Finance.
Nur has over 30 years of experience with Indonesia’s national power company (PLN) where he rose as President & CEO.
Prior to joining LEIN Power, he served as the Chairman of National Electricity Control Development Acceleration Unit (UPK3N) for 35.000 MW project.
He is actively campaigning on the use of solar energy by establishing Rooftop Solar User Association (PPLSA) & Indonesia Solar Association (AESI) where he served as Co-Founder & Chairman.
Nur holds a bachelor degree from Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB) with honors in Electrical Engineering. He earned his Master of Engineering from UNSW Australia and Master of Public Management from NUS.

Our presence in the Association in Indonesia is beneficial for LEIN Power. This makes our presence known in the business network in Indonesia. As an associate member we will be informed of new issues, including the current regulations proclaimed by the Government for energy contractor companies in Indonesia. This will benefit our customers as they will get the latest services that suit their needs.
